Fridays 12PM CST – 30 Minute Full Body LIIT

Sundays 4PM CST – 45 Minute Full Body LIIT

LIIT – Lagree inspired high-intensity interval training – is a full body workout that takes the foundations of the Lagree method (slow movements in combination with maximum time under tension) and mixes them with cardio intervals to keep your heart rate up to burn the most calories while you strength train. While resistance bands and light weights are recommended, all workouts can be done with no equipment. LIIT is for anyone and everyone – with modifications and intensifiers offered on most moves, all levels of fitness are welcomed.

All group workouts are donation-based only through Venmo (@ellismeg) and are open to all audiences.

If you need one-on-one attention, private virtual classes are available upon request.

In the Houston area? I also offer private and small group outdoor training. Due to COVID-19, group training has been limited to 4 people max, and all training will respect social distancing. Check out my Instagram page for more information!
